Lynette Lewis is a native of Jacksonville, Florida, where she currently resides; however, she grew up in Philadelphia PA, lived 27 years in Charleston, S.C. and 7 years in Atlanta, GA. Lynette is an executive professional with over 40 years of experience in corporate management and healthcare. Recognized by both Metropolitan and Empire Who’s Who of Executives and Professionals, Mrs. Lewis is a proven leader with the desire and passion to achieve results with a spirit of excellence. She is an author, motivational and inspirational speaker, corporate trainer and a licensed ordained minister. Lynette graduated Summa Cum Laude from Life Christian University with a Master of Arts degree in Theology, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Church Ministry. She also graduated Cum Laude from Trident Technical College with a degree in Health Science in Nursing and is Certified as a Technical Trainer (CTT+™), Case Manager (CCM), Chronic Care Professional (CCP) and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI.)
In 2016, Lynette embarked upon a mission to walk in her purpose in life, and started “PURPOSE MADE ALIVE, LLC”. This facilitation, motivational & inspirational speaker service’s company has a mission to make a difference in the lives of others by helping them identify and live their passions, and thus fulfill their purpose in life. As a Certified Passion Test facilitator and Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+™), Lynette works with the participants attending her Passion Test Workshops to identify their top five passions, which are the clues to their destiny and purpose. She then helps them understand how to align their passions with their day to day actions, which ultimately leads them to living their purpose.
Previously, Lynette held leadership positions with these noted organizations and healthcare providers: Director of Clinical Review -Florida Blue; Chief Nursing Officer - APS Healthcare; Clinical Care Coordinator - Emory University Hospital; Director of Medical Operations - WellPoint; Director of Health Services - Cigna Healthcare; Regional Corporate Trainer – Cigna Healthcare; Registered Nurse -Trident Regional Medical Center, Roper Nursing Center, and Interim Home Health.
As a Servant Leader, she feels it’s extremely important to give back to the community in the form of service in an effort to make a difference in the lives of others. This is well demonstrated by Lynette’s service in the following areas: Food Pantry Coordinator at Woodland Acres Elementary School with Arlington 20/20 of Revitalize Arlington; Homeless Shelter ministry; Healthcare Coordinator & former member of Northside Coalition of Jacksonville; weekly Reading Pal volunteer at Don Brewer Head Start with United Way of Northeast Florida; Chaplain for We Are Women in Business and Women’s Conference and special events’ speaker.

Lynette’s goal in life is to passionately live life on purpose, making a positive lasting difference in the lives of others through service, education and inspiration helping people to identify their passions so they can live their purpose in life. She aspires to leave a legacy that will live on long after she’s gone!
